Customer Support Specialist Needed in Moorpark (in-person)

Schedule: Monday - Friday Standard 1st shift
A leader in medical device technology, specializing in diabetes, hypertension and chronic disease management solutions. A growing medical device manufacturer located in Moorpark, CA is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to promote the growth of our business. He/She will work closely with sales team to answer clients' needs and grow the accounts. Position responsibilities include web or in person demonstration of our mobile care station, and telehealth platforms. Work as liaison between RD team and clients to resolve any technical issues to ensure a proper implementation or roll out smoothly.
Responsibilities:
* Fully comprehend company total solution and assist Sales to present company products including app, various connectivity, and cloud.
* Train and educate clients on company Remote Patient Monitoring or Mobile Care Solution
* Trouble shoot for clients or end-users for connectivity, software or app issues to enhance client satisfaction
* Communicate to RD team for system integration, to include system migration, API/SDK preparation
* Manage company web-based telehealth system. Generate usage reports.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Minimum 2-3 years of customer service, call center or technical support service experience
* Fluent in English and Spanish (optional)
* Excellent in communication skills, including verbal presentation with large audience and professional email format
* Familiar with webinar tools
* Skills in problem solving
* Self-motivated and passionate on client support
* Experience in medical device industry, medical centers or clinics is a plus
* Must be authorized to work in the USA.
